Enrolment becomes binding upon payment confirmation. You will receive email confirmation containing access credentials and payment receipt.
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, but changes will not affect enrolments already completed.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with your enrolment details.
After the 14-day period, or if you have accessed more than 20% of content, refunds will not be provided except in cases of technical failure preventing course access that we cannot resolve.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
