Workshop Bookings
Booking Process
Workshop booking enquiries submitted through our website are requests only. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and payment has been processed.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure your workshop booking. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Cancellations by You
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund
- 4-7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or rescheduling to a future date
- Less than 4 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person
- No-shows: No refund
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to rebook at an alternative date.
Workshop Participation
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who do not comply with safety guidelines or whose behaviour is disruptive to other participants.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Handcrafted Studio or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Photography and Recording
